Gudeg Ndeso: Business Analysis & UI/UX for Order System

Overview

Gudeg Ndeso is a culinary business analysis and system redesign project targeted at resolving operational bottlenecks for a popular local gudeg eatery. Through in depth stakeholder interviews with the business owner, I mapped peak hour ordering flows and custom dish preparation challenges, subsequently designing an intuitive multi channel ordering and order verification system to streamline dine in, takeaway, and preorder workflows.
